IdePay operates a predictions, rewards, referral, wallet, and marketplace platform. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we protect it, and how users can request access, correction, or deletion of personal information.
2. Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly when you create an account, contact support, submit forms, publish marketplace listings, participate in predictions or promotional programs, request account deletion, or otherwise use IdePay.
- Account information, such as name, phone number, email address, username, profile details, and authentication identifiers.
- Marketplace information, such as listing titles, descriptions, prices, categories, images, location, seller name, phone, WhatsApp, email, and communications needed for buyers and sellers to connect.
- Prediction and promotional activity, such as selected answers, entries, referral progress, rewards, promotional balances, limits, and program participation history.
- Transaction and wallet records, such as deposits, withdrawals, credits, debits, balances, payment method references, receipts, and fraud-prevention records when payment features are available.
- Support and compliance information, such as reports, moderation actions, account deletion requests, consent records, and messages sent to IdePay.
- Device and usage information, such as IP address, browser type, operating system, pages viewed, timestamps, crash or diagnostic data, app version, referral source, and security logs.
3. How we use information
We use personal information to provide, operate, secure, and improve IdePay. This includes creating and managing accounts, displaying marketplace listings, enabling predictions and rewards, processing transactions, providing customer support, enforcing rules, preventing spam and fraud, diagnosing technical issues, complying with legal obligations, and communicating important service updates.
4. Marketplace visibility
When a seller publishes a marketplace listing, certain contact information may be visible to buyers so they can communicate directly with the seller. This may include the seller name, phone number, WhatsApp contact, email address, and location if the seller provides those details. IdePay facilitates this connection but is not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers.
5. Promotional rewards, referrals, and predictions
When users participate in promotional programs, demo rewards, referral campaigns, or prediction markets, IdePay may record participation status, selected prediction answers, reward eligibility, referral link usage, referred-user progress, daily limits, bonuses, and related activity. We use this information to apply program rules, prevent abuse, calculate rewards, and maintain accurate audit records.
6. Payments and wallet activity
Where wallet, deposit, withdrawal, MonCash, NatCash, or other payment-related features are enabled, IdePay records information needed to process and reconcile transactions, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and meet legal or accounting obligations. IdePay does not sell payment information.
7. Sharing of information
We do not sell personal information. We may share information only as needed to operate IdePay, including with service providers, payment and infrastructure providers, analytics and security tools, support providers, other users when marketplace communication requires it, law enforcement or government authorities when legally required, and parties involved in fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or platform safety.
8. Cookies, analytics, and similar technologies
IdePay may use cookies, local storage, analytics, and similar technologies to keep users signed in, remember preferences, improve performance, measure usage, detect abuse, and support app functionality. Users may control certain browser settings, but disabling storage features may affect the service.
9. Data security
We use technical, administrative, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, including access controls, authentication, database security rules, monitoring, and abuse-prevention processes. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect IdePay and its users.
10. Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide IdePay, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud, maintain transaction records, and operate security or audit systems. Some records may be retained after account deletion when required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes.
11. Account and data deletion
You can request deletion of your IdePay account and associated personal information at any time by visiting https://idepay.org/delete-account. Requests are reviewed within 7 business days. We may need to verify account ownership before processing a deletion request.
12. User choices and rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to request access to personal information, correction of inaccurate information, deletion of personal information, restriction of certain processing, or information about how your data is used. To make a request, contact IdePay using the details below.
13. Children
IdePay is not intended for children under the age required by applicable law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children who are not permitted to use the platform. If you believe a child has provided information to IdePay, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.
14. International access
IdePay may be accessed from different locations. By using the service, you understand that information may be processed and stored where IdePay and its providers operate, subject to safeguards required by applicable law.
15. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When changes are made, we will update the date shown above and may provide additional notice when appropriate. Continued use of IdePay after an update means the revised policy applies.
